Carob Climax Smoothie
1 C carob milk
1 C carob icecream or carob raw chips or frozen banana
1 TBSP spirulina
Put the carob milk ino a Vita-Mix first, then add ice cream, carob chips or banana, and spirulina, blend well.
Pour into a glass and stir in flaxseed with a spoon and enjoy immediately!
Majestic Kale Smoothie
1 C pineapple juice
3 leaves kale
1/2 inch fresh ginger, do not peel
2 to 3 pears/ other varities of pears can be added
2 TBSP milled flaxseed
Place all ingredients into VitaMix blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass, stir in milled flaxseed with a spoon. It's seriously good and good-for-you!
Sexual Chocolate Pie
2 C Chocolate chips
1 TBSP soy milk
2-12 oz packages silken tofu, such as Mori Nu
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 premade graham cracker pie crust
In a double boiler, melt the chocolate chips and soy milk, stirring occasionally until smooth. In a Vita-Mix blender, blend the tofu, vanilla, and chocolate mixture until smooth. Pour into pie crust and let chill for 3-4 hours before serving. Optional- after the pie sets you could top it with fresh assorted fruits i.e. fresh kiwi, pineapples and edible flowers.
